100% McLaren Vale Shiraz from the ‘rock block’ on Onkaparinga Ridge. The fruit from the Rock Block vineyard produced an exceptionally low yield of Shiraz grapes (1/2 ton) with tiny berries resulting in a high skin to juice ratio. The wine was aged in 80% new, French barrique. more
