The resulting wine is pale straw in colour with hints of green. Aromas of grapefruit, honeysuckle, lime and manderin leap from the glass with more intense aromas of ripe apricot. A light bodied easy drinking wine that shows mouth filling citrus on the palate. The distinct mineral notes lead through to well balanced acidity and a round smooth pleasing finish.

Perfect for drinking immediately, this Riesling will continue to reward for the next 2 - 3 years. We especially enjoy our Riesling with Asian cuisine and seafood dishes.
