David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
A blend that changes slightly with each vintage: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petite Verdot, 3% Merlot. Planted in 1978, the David Arthur Estate Vineyards are located on the top of Pritchard Hill, overlooking the Napa Valley. Pritchard Hill sits at the North East end of the Napa Valley and is part of the Vaca Mountain Range; the soils here are orange-red and extremely rocky. Wine varietals are soaked and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for six weeks. Transferred to 60 gallon French Oak barrels, and aged for 21 months. |
All sizes are 750mL unless otherwise noted.
